Cutlery gendersel tenedor (fork — masculine), el cuchillo (knife — masculine), la cuchara (spoon — feminine). A memory trick: the spoon is 'la' because she's the gentle one! Verter (to pour) is irregular: yo vierto, él vierte. Revolver (to stir) is stem-changing: yo revuelvo.
