Reconocer. Asumir.
ex. "Tienes que reconocer lo que hiciste." (You have to face up to what you did); "asumir un reto" (to face up to/take on a challenge)

Fall for:
1) (believe a lie) Tragarse.
ex. "No puedo creer que se tragó esta historia." (I can't believe he fell for that story.)
2) (fall in love) Enamorarse.
ex. "Se enamoró de ella." (He fell for her.)

Fall through:
Fracasar.
ex. "Nuestro plan fracasó." (Our plan fell through.); "El trato fracasó." (The deal fell through.)

Feel out:
Sondear. Tantear el terreno.
ex. "para sondear si está dispuesto" (to feel out if she's ready); "Vamos a tantear el terreno." (We're going to feel out the situation.)

Feel up to:
Sentirse capaz de (hacer algo).
ex. "No me siento capaz de salir." (I don't feel up to going out.)

Figure out:
Entender. Comprender.
ex. "No puedo entender porque se comporta así." (I can't figure out why she's acting this way.)

Fill in:
Rellenar.
ex. "Rellene todos los campos del formulario." (Fill in all the fields on the form.)

Fill in for (someone):
Substituir a (alguien).
ex. "Él sustituyó a mi papá." (He filled in for my dad.)

Fill out:
Rellenar.
ex. "Rellene este formulario." (Fill out this form.)

Find out:
Enterarse.
ex. "Miguel se enteró de que su esposa le estaba poniendo los cuernos." (Michael found out that his wife was cheating on him.)

Find your way around:
Orientarse.
ex. "Me oriento mal en esta ciudad." (I can't find my way around this city.)

Follow up on (something):
Darle seguimiento. Retomar.
ex. "Quiero darle seguimiento a nuestra conversación." (I would like to follow up on our conversation.)

Freak out: (very informal)
