¡RECUERDA! In most of the Spanish-speaking world (except for Spain), the pronoun USTEDES is used to refer to 2 or more people, whether the situation is formal or not. In Spain, the pronoun VOSOTROS is used to refer to 2 or more people in an informal situation, whereas USTEDES is used to refer to 2 or more people in a formal/polite situation.
